These terms govern your use of Payloqa services operated by Payloqa LLC (“Payloqa”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms.

The service

Payloqa provides messaging, customer verification, and payment tools for businesses. Features available to you depend on your plan and account status.

Accounts

You must provide accurate business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including messages sent and money moved by your team.

Messaging credit

SMS and verification credit is prepaid service revenue. Unused messaging credit stays on your account until used and is not withdrawable as cash.

Payments

Payment features are subject to applicable network, banking, and compliance checks. Collections are charged at the published Payloqa fee (currently 1.95%, minimum GHS 0.50). Withdrawals to your Mobile Money are free to the merchant; payout timing follows the plan you select (Free weekly, Business next-day), as described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may not use Payloqa for spam, fraud, illegal activity, or content that violates network or local law. We may suspend accounts that put customers, partners, or the platform at risk.
