Know your customer

We collect business identity information during onboarding and may ask for additional documents before enabling or increasing payment limits.

Monitoring

Payment activity is monitored for unusual patterns. We may delay, reverse, or block transactions and ask for more information when risk signals appear.

Restricted use

Payloqa may not be used to move funds tied to illegal activity, fraud, or sanctioned parties. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.

Reporting

Where required by law, we report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
