Payloqa's escrow system protects both buyers and sellers. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled on our platform.
Buyer Protection
If you do not receive your order or it does not match the description, you can open a dispute. Funds remain in escrow until the issue is resolved.
Return Process
Contact the seller first to resolve any issues. If unresolved, open a dispute through your Payloqa account. Our team will mediate and release funds accordingly.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
